Fr. Stephen Huffstetter, SCJ is the director of St. Joseph's Indian School and the president of the South Dakota Congregation of the Priests of the Sacred Heart.

Fr. Steve invites you to shop for your favorite Tipi Press items and much, much more through St. Joseph's Akta Lakota Museum & Cultural Center.

St. Joseph's outreach programs - Tipi Press and Akta Lakota Museum & Cultural Center - have similar goals. In order to streamline operations, reduce costs and better serve our friends & our Lakota (Sioux) children, we  closed Tipi Press on June 30, 2006.

Although we will no longer print brochures or contact you by mail, you can still shop all of your favorite Tipi Press products ... and more ... online through the Akta Lakota Museum & Cultural Center.

There are three easy ways to order:

  1. Shop and place your order online.
  2. Shop online; call our museum toll-free to order.
  3. Shop online; fax your order to the Akta Lakota Museum & Cultural Center.

I appreciate your loyalty and cooperation as we make this transition. And, to make sure you continue receiving product updates and offers, I encourage you to join our eClub today!

Please call 1-800-229-5684 or email us with any questions.

Thank you and God bless,
